Learn about Ways to Get to Campus
- Public Transportation allows you to get to campus quickly and easily.
- If you plan to drive to York, there are over 8,000 parking spaces in 41 parking lots. Check Parking Services for permits, rates and other information. Use the Honk Mobile App to pay for your parking with ease.
- Accessible Parking is available if you have the Ontario Accessibility Parking Placard and proper parking permits.
- Stay prepared for snow days. Download the York Safety App and turn on notifications to get updates on weather alerts and safety matters.


YU-card
YU-card is your official York University student ID and is required to write your final exams. It's also used to access important library resources, bookable spaces, campus rewards and benefits, and to make quick and easy payments on campus (including dining plans!).
Find Your Way Around Campus

- Learn York’s abbreviations and building codes to help you find your way around campus.
- Shuttle buses can take you between the campuses. Prebook a seat on the shuttle bus with the York University Mobile App.
- We offer a mobility service, VAN Go, to help students with temporary or permanent disabilities travel from building-to-building on our Keele Campus.
- 24/7 access to bicycles through six Bike Share stations on our campuses.
Explore York’s Three Campuses
York has three dynamic campuses, each with unique spaces, services and opportunities:
- Keele Campus – Our largest campus with over 52,000 students, offering state-of-the-art academic, arts, technology and athletic facilities.
- Glendon Campus – A scenic, park-like campus in midtown Toronto with small classes, a close-knit community and bilingual/trilingual degree options unique in Canada.
- Markham Campus – York’s newest campus in the heart of Markham, focused on technology, entrepreneurship and partnerships with employers and community organizations.
Getting Between Campuses. York offers shuttle bus service between Keele and Glendon, and between Keele and Markham. See schedules and reserve your seat using the YorkU Mobile App.
